Analysis
1-6 Weeks
We do not charge for this phase. During this initial period, we meet with you repeatedly, determine whether we have the capability to take on your project, and begin sketching out our approach and general timeline.

Iterative Design & Prototyping
4-32 Weeks
After completing the initial analysis phase, we commit to your project with a statement of work and enter several sub-phases of prototyping. Each iteration can be restricted to its own statement of work to minimize financial overhead and risk. Weekly or bi-weekly update meetings are scheduled.

Implementation
4-12 Weeks
Final changes are integrated into the product resulting from the previous phase. Comprehensive and organized documentation is finalized and compiled for the resulting system. An overall testing plan is signed off by both Client and MATR Tech.

Testing & Integration
2-6 Weeks
The developed system is rigorously tested in the live environment and documentation is cross referenced to ensure completion and understanding by in-house employees and leadership. System is checked-off by in-house leadership as error free and finished to certify completion of initial development and deployment.

Continuous Support
System Lifetime
Contingent statement of work is signed and implemented stating that MATR Tech is accessible on short-notice in the case that any system errors appear and require immediate attention.
