We make an effort to structure contracts as simply as possible in order to minimize the possibility of miscommunication due to technical jargon or legalese. Full transparency is what we strive to achieve. As such, if you would like to receive a anonymized statement of work from a previous client, please contact us and we will provide one.
Seeing that we are a small business, we understand how tight cash can be at times. Consequently, we - unlike many other consultancies - are comfortable making accommodations with the percentage of contract value paid up front as well as the repayment scheduling. In some cases depending on the duration of the contract and overall contract value, we have allowed for the deferral of upfront payment until the conclusion of work and allowed for up to NET60 terms.
